Factory One brings battery packaging, rigorous testing, and active research under one roof. By owning the full stack -- the hardware, the Local Controller, and the AI agents that trade against wholesale markets -- we ship systems that are validated end to end before a single kilowatt-hour is dispatched. Every pack is commissioned and paired with its controller here, so deployments arrive ready to earn from day one.
Battery Packaging
In-house cell-to-pack assembly with automated module stacking, laser welding, and enclosure integration. Every pack is built to our BESS spec and paired with its Local Controller before it leaves the line.
Testing & Validation
Full-cycle characterization, thermal cycling, and safety abuse testing. Each unit runs a burn-in and end-of-line dispatch simulation against live market signals before field deployment.
R&D Center
A co-located research lab advancing chemistry, thermal management, and the AI dispatch models that run at the edge. Learnings from deployed fleets feed directly back into the next design revision.
