These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Standard Power Co.'s website, agents, and Local Controller hardware. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and market rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of the asset and account information you provide and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Our agents automate enrollment, bidding, dispatch, and settlement within the limits and guardrails you configure. You remain responsible for your assets and for compliance with the rules of any market you participate in. We are not liable for market outcomes outside our reasonable control.

The Local Controller is provided for use with our services. You agree to install and operate it in accordance with our documentation and applicable safety requirements.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, hardware designs, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Power Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
